Complete customer satisfaction is our goal at Milepost Four. We strive to provide the best quality merchandise and the best customer service possible. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund within 90 days.

Returning a Purchase

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please print out this return form, complete the form and send with your item to:

Please insure the package for the full price of the merchandise. If you are making an exchange, shipping on your new item is free. Please allow 10 business days to process returns and exchanges. Merchandise that has been worn, altered or is more than 90 days old cannot be returned.

Returning or Exchanging a Gift

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchaser will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund.

Returning Merchandise Without a Return Form

Please include with your package the following information on a sheet of paper:

• If this is a return or exchange.
• Reason for returning the merchandise.
• Customer number.
• Name, address and home telephone number.
• If this is an exchange, indicate item number, description, size, color, and quantity of the item(s) you wish to receive as an exchange.

Privacy

Your trust and satisfaction is our utmost concern. We respect your privacy, and therefore have instituted policies intended to ensure that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner.

What information do we collect?

Every time you visit our web site, our web server automatically collects the following non-personal information: your internet service provider's address and information on the pages you access on our site. We also collect personal information that you volunteer, such as survey information, register your e-mail address or sign-up for contests or promotions.

How do we use your information?

The information we collect is used:

• to improve the content and layout of our web site
• to notify you about updates to our web site
• to contact you for marketing purposes
• in some instances, shared with reputable third party marketers

Personal information you supply us with when placing an order with us will be added to our customer profile. We may send you mailings and/or e-mails with information on new products, special promotions, or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive mailings from us in the future, please click here and list the address you would like to unsubscribe in the body of the e-mail.

When you make a purchase and provide us with your e-mail address, we may send you confirmation of your order via e-mail even if you have chosen to not receive future e-mails from us about our products and services. We may also contact you by mail or telephone if we have questions about your order.

Will my information be shared?

We may provide your name and address (but not your phone number or e-mail address) to a select group of reputable third party marketers whose products you may find of interest. If you do not want us to share this information with these companies, we can put you on our "do not share" list.

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

What are cookies?

Most internet sites, including ours, collect data about visitors through the use of "cookies." Cookies are small software programs that help sites recognize repeat visitors by assigning a random number to each desktop for anonymously tracking content preferences and traffic patterns. Cookies do not provide your identity and we do not know who you are unless you voluntarily decide to provide such information to us.

How do you know your information is secured?

When you see either a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your browser window, then the site is secured through secure socket layer. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your information on our site. If you do not see one of these icons, please contact your internet service provider. We have appropriate security measures in place in our facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site so you can feel comfortable and secure.

Shipping Information

Delivery

Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed via UPS. General delivery is basic ground service and can be expected to take 2-5 business days, depending on the state it is going to. Packages shipped to Puerto Rico are sent Priority Mail.

Express Delivery

Orders placed by 2:00p.m. EST will be shipped the same day. Please be aware Express delivery is business days. Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Puerto Rico.

International Orders

All of our prices are in U.S. dollars and orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. International orders are subject to tariffs, duties, or taxes that may be due upon delivery of your order. Shipping charges will be based on current international transportation rates.

Sizing Information

The sizing of all of our shirts is fairly consistent. Please use the guide below to determine your size in a sport shirt. For a dress shirt, please refer to our measuring guidelines below to determine the exact collar and sleeve size to order.

Measuring Tips

Neck:Measure around the middle of your neck at your Adam's apple. Allow room for your index finger to fit between the tape and your neck for a comfortable fit.

Chest:With your arms at your side measure around your upper body. Measure under your armpits and over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades.

Sleeve: Use these three simple steps to get your sleeve length:

1. Measure the length from the middle of the upper back to the stitching located at the shoulder of the shirt. Remember this value.
2. Measure the length from the top stitching on the shoulder to the bottom of the wrist. Be careful not to measure too high above the wrist, or the dress shirt's sleeves will come to be too short.
3. Add these two values together to get your sleeve length.
